Jan: Why I designed SafeOrder this way
The issue wasn't that the e-shop couldn't receive orders. The issue was that the e-shop didn't know what would happen to the order after shipping. I didn't want a primitive blacklist or a simple yes/no rule. We needed to work with full context (IP, location, network history, behavior) and let the system learn from the outputs. Every decision must respect the merchant's margins - which is why it is not a generic plugin.
Pepa: Why the product is designed this way
We didn't want to build another dashboard that the merchant checks once a week. The e-shop owner needs to understand the problem right when it happens and see a clear outcome. That is why the UI is minimalist and information is prioritized. The merchant shouldn't deal with background technicalities - they need to know instantly why an order is risky and what decision to make.
Why should an e-shop find out that an order is a problem only after paying for it?
SafeOrder was created to break this cycle. It is not just a blacklist - it evaluates real risk before dispatch.

Pepa: Why Pricing Engine is designed this way
The merchant doesn't want to see internal calculations or complex database schemas. They want to know exactly why a customer sees a specific price. That is why we designed rule tracing to visualize the pricing path. We don't make merchants act like developers – rules are readable and fully auditable.
Jan: Why we created Pricing Engine
The more discounts and rules you add, the harder it gets to know what price should actually result. Traditional platforms fail on complex rules and shops lose money due to errors. We didn't want another table. We built a mathematical engine that calculates margins in real-time and guarantees price accuracy regardless of how many overlapping campaigns are running.
